In November we hosted a group from the Pacific Islands where they were fortunate enough to meet with the Pascua Yaqui police department, and then on to the Tohono O’odham reservation where they met with the SXD Education Program Manager. This meeting lead them to join Ms. Hobbs in a visit to Sells to the education division there too.
The group was also part of the mixer hosted by the members of SAZCIV at the Monterey Court Café. This gave them an opportunity to meet with members of the council and share experiences.
They were also guests of Pima Community College International Division.
