Consul General Biedebach from the US Consulate in Nogales, Sonora spoke on issues relating to water, US citizen security, the status of the new US Consulate and different programs the consulate is providing for citizens of Mexico through educational programs. She is a skilled speaker and willing to answer the questions of the attendees.
