On April 11, 2019 Congressman Tom O’ Halleran met with Pat Watson at a Town Hall meeting in Thatcher at Eastern Arizona College. The congressman spoke to local citizens regarding their concerns, answered questions and took time to visit with Pat about Citizen Diplomacy Alliance.
