This past year has been the busiest we have ever been. We hosted 168 IVLP visitors and 17 non IVLP visitors. Never, in the history of the organization have we had that many visitors in one year. We want to take this opportunity to thank those that met with the visitors for a huge number of different subject matters, the hosts that welcomed them into their homes for home hosting, the Monterey Court Cafe for holding our mixers, the board for making sure that all went well and the Courtyard Marriott William Center for having great staff that dealt with the different languages and requests without a problem.
What a great community we live in, the willingness of people to participate, the warmth afforded the visitors and the experiences they had while in Southern Arizona. We look forward to another year of working toward Citizen Diplomacy and sharing compassion, understanding, knowledge and friendship. Thank you one and all!!
